Can't recommend this company enough! We purchased our 1st motorhome in December and honestly didn't have a clue. We couldn't be in better hands than these guys. From start to finish they looked after us. Even the chap who originally owned our motorhome said the same. We thought a broker would be difficult but we couldn't have been more wrong. They really cared that we purchased what was right for us regardless of anything. We will definitely use them again after we've finished traveling around Europe and UK and then again Europe. 100% recommend using.

I needed to sell my VW T6 campervan to buy a newer van, and didn’t want the hassle of selling privately (at over £30k I figured few people would want to spend that on a private sale). I wanted to keep my van until it was sold and definitely didn’t want it parked up in a Motorhome dealer forecourt being damaged whilst 100s of people climb in and out. Complete Campers SW were the perfect solution. They dealt with everything start to finish, from marketing the van, arranging and conducting viewing (s) and finalising the sale. All aspects were handled super efficiently and in a friendly and helpful manner. My van was sold within a month, start to finish and at the price I wanted. Great service, and I would thoroughly recommend their company to anyone.

We made a decision to upgrade our campervan, which began with some simple maths. Our existing van had a market value of X. The new van we wanted was selling for X + £15k. So, off to the dealer to be told they would only give us X - £10k for our existing van. This was their margin. Phoning other dealers confirmed being offered £10k less for our campervan than its true market value to “trade in” was the norm.
This meant our upgrade would now be X + £25k. £10k more and a shock to our simple maths.
We felt this extra £10k dealer margin did not hold any value to us so how could we remove the £10k dealer margin factor.
It’s a tricky old world these days with finance, warranty & contractual trip hazards, pit falls & bear traps all over the place. So, we decided selling our high value campervan privately was not an option for us.
A friend recommended using a specialist “Campervan broker”. After phoning a few brokers we were generally uncomfortable and disappointed with the general lack of broker professionalism, knowledge, experience, and the security of our asset. Then along came Complete Campers Southwest. All the boxes we couldn’t get ticked before were now ticked. They were friendly, respectful, and incredibly polite, yet super professional, focused and pro-active. The campervan value we were happy to receive in our bank was easily agreed and very close to true market value. All contractual work was done by CCSW, all marketing expenses were paid purely by CCSW, and the asset stayed safe & secure with us. CCSW marketed the vehicle, potential customers were cleverly vetted. CCSW agreed viewing dates with us and other than that we were never required to speak with the buyers. CCSW came at least an hour early on each viewing date to give the van a final presentation polish. Two potential buyers were secured both made offers to buy the campervan and the vehicle was sold to a very happy buyer at the advertised price within a few days!
We confirmed on our laptop and by phone with the bank that the pre-agreed value of cleared funds from CCSW were safely in our bank, we simply released the keys. Thanks to CCSW the “end to end” high value transaction was effortless for us. A few days later we even got our RFL tax refunded by CCSW.
Now as cash buyers we are able to negotiate much better and achieve our original simple maths estimate.
Julia and I have run our own business’s all our lives and can honestly say this is one of the most professional high value transactions we have ever witnessed. CCSW are in a league of their own.

We were a bit clueless with the workings of the van but Carl explained everything very patiently. On the collection day there was a slight delay with regards to payments being transferred but Carl and Steve dealt with the issue really quickly. It has been a GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH STEVE WHO PREPARED AND SOLD MY CAMPER WITHIN A WEEK, He is definitely the best person for sales that I ever come across.
