We were looking to sell our campervan after owning it for almost 7 years. We contacted three different organisations and chose to use the brokerage services of Complete Campers Southwest. It was somewhat daunting to have no viewings for the first four weeks, but we stayed the course and the first couple to view our van purchased it. Complete Campers kept us informed every step of the way, they didn't sugar coat anything, it was an open and honest conversation every time. When comparing to organisations who will auction your van, or offer immediate cash, Complete Campers gave us a much better deal. It also was heartening to know that a couple embarking on their first campervan journey was purchasing our van, rather than a dealer. How refreshing to deal with such a friendly and genuine company. Josh (in particular) shone, both in his demeanour, enthusiasm and availability. Nothing was too much trouble and the transaction was conducted in a light-hearted and jovial manner which was also highly professional. All relevant paperwork was made available to see. Honest feedback and responses to questions were given. One concern was regarding advisories on the previous MOT. These were actioned and put right prior to handover. Loved dealing with this company and now hope to have many years of fun and travels in my van. Finally bought a Campervan and the team at CCSW have be so helpful with every aspect of the purchase. Their website provides lots of information and setting up a viewing was super simple. A delayed review here, so apologies! I cannot praise CCSW highly enough; from their initial contact by phone to in person visits to prepare for online advertising and sale. They provided constant updates throughout and the completion of sale was a seamless and hassle free operation They always responded to any queries and concerns I may have had in a timely and professional manner, and at no time did I feel pressured into doing anything I wasn't comfortable with.
